For lunch, I think most people just do walk-ins. Not sure about dinner.

We've always enjoyed the ramen at Santouka but recently have been enjoying it more because our kids love it too. The kids meal at Santouka in Bellevue is the best - $12 for a kids ramen, appetizer of choice, yogurt drink, ajitama and ice cream.
And because the kids can enjoy their own ramen, we get to enjoy our Negi Namban without having to forego the spice.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kevin Y.Bellevue, 美國03542024年4月25日
4/25/2024 noon Downtown Bellevue location, came here for ramen and salad combo. I love they have this combination.
Now for the bad:
- Parking is difficult. They have parking lot for just Hokkaido and a dry cleaner but the lot (space for 15 cars+) is almost always full. Not sure why.
- Host/Server seems robotic. No greeting, no smile, doesn't make me feel welcomed here. Only the cashier was happy to take my card and thank me.
- Lastly, the bottom of the gyoza is too burnt. Happened many times in the past I came here. Maybe that's the way they cook it. I like occasionally bitter/crunch but I am sure others who's more health conscious will have problem with this.

My friend and I came here on a cold rainy Sunday. Perfect weather for some warm ramen! It was very busy, but luckily we didn't have to wait long to be seated.
I personally have a habit of eating my food too fast, especially when the meal is very delicious. When it comes to ramen, I love ordering the Tsukemen Dipping Ramen because I can eat at a moderate pace. I'm weird I know, but it's good! Anyways, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka offers generously sized portions that satisfy even the heartiest appetites like myself.
The restaurant's commitment to authenticity shines through in every bowl, with rich, flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles. Despite its popularity, the staff maintains decent customer service, ensuring prompt seating and okay assistance. It was a busy night so I can't blame them. The food was the star of the show, let's be honest. The noodles were springy, the ingredients were fresh, although I just wished the eggs were a bit more on the softer side.
This place is not too expensive, but far from cheap. I'd recommend it for a date night or a once in a while craving. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a great spot to visit when you're in Bellevue!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 2024年5月16日1 check-in
I had this in Boston and I really enjoyed it! I got spicy miso and a small size and I really enjoyed it. The service were friendly and the amount was perfect for me. Broth wasn't too thick and I was very satisfied with my meal. The noodles were delicious and not too sticky either.

Always love this place! It has been a while since last time. For years I've talked about coming back but I don't go to Bellevue much. My favorite vegetarian broth ramen place. Thick broth. I am guessing is soy broth. Not very salty. Just right. Noodle served hot. We ordered combo. The price is fair. $20 large, karaage and aji tama. (Two sides). We also ordered Kara miso with chashu combo. They are all very tasty. The noodles cooked just right. Food came out fast also. A couple of larger tables can fit 6 people. Hopefully I don't have to wait long to go back again.

I stopped in for dinner with one of my friends while I was in town in Bellevue and was craving Ramen on a rainy day. This place does not take any reservations so we got in and put her name down and waited about 15 to 20 minutes for a table. They have several different Ramen options along with combos which you can include with your Ramen of choice so you can have edamame a few other add-ons as well as some appetizers. Overall, I gave this place at three out of five because the service was good. The food was as expected, but nothing out of this world.

My friends and I came here on a gloomy Saturday around lunchtime and the wait time was approx. 10-15 minutes. They have a small seating area to wait for your name to be called and a tablet to add your name to the list.
Once our name was called we were seated towards the back of the restaurant at the booth. Their menu includes ramen flavaflavs such as miso, shio, shoyu, kimchi and more. The bowl sizes ranges are small, regular and large and you can get the ramen in a combo. The offer dipping noodles and brothless noods if you're not in a soup mood. If you ain't about the carnivore life, they have a vegetarian menu.
I ordered the combo with a regular size shio ramen w/ an egg (recommended by the waitress) and shiyake, which is salmon over rice with roe. My friends ordered a small kara miso and a small miso with eggs. The orders came out surprisingly fast despite them being busy. The bowls and egg were presented on a black non-slip platter. The broth was flavorful and comforting on a cold rainy day and the noods had a nice texture to them. The chashu was tender and the egg had a nice and runny yolk. The regular was the perfect portion for me. I saved the salmon rice for the next day and it was just 'aight' nothing special and a bit dry. I should've went with the gyoza or the chicken kaarage. Anyways, my friend said the ramen was way better than the place we were at the previous night (Kizuki).
The restaurants vibe was busy, yet chill and cozy. Parking seemed limited, however, we were able to score parking right outside the shop.
Overall, pretty good ramen and food, but a tad bit expensive. Service was super quick and our server was kind and helpful. Get here early to avoid getting hangry! I would check them out again if I'm in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 13914222024年2月3日
Lengthy wait and parking was very limited, but it was on a Saturday Night, so yeah, it's gonna be very busy since others will very likely have the same idea of going to get ramen! Very well worth it! Takoyaki was solid and the Gobo Miso Ramen was excellent. Not to mention both came out really fast, which was surprising. Overall environment was a little noisy and bustling, but that's pretty standard for a Saturday Night!
Hoping to come back again soon, but might want to do so on a weekday or if going on a weekend, go during the day instead of night.
Lastly, kudos to the servers for fast and wonderful service on a very busy night!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Elaine W.西雅圖, 美國491425222024年5月19日
A good place for a fairly priced bowl of ramen. I often come here when I'm not sure what I want to eat -- it's casual, the service is quick, and you can be in and out in about 30mins. The only annoying part is the parking: the restaurant's parking maybe fits like 10 cars, and all the spots are pretty compact.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a great place to go for a traditional ramen shop. The Tantan ramen is a culinary delight, with its rich, creamy broth and tender pork cheek that dissolves on the tongue. Each dish, from the al dente noodles to the flavorful side dishes, is crafted with an attention to detail that speaks to Santouka's commitment to authenticity.
