福州元祖胡椒餅

This is one of the Taiwanese best Seoul food.
It's very delicious!
I recommend it!
But be careful. It's very hot!!

Apparently this place has been around for ages and is in several tour guide books, so even though it's tucked away in a tiny alley by the hobo temple, it still gets a lot of business.

If it weren't for that, and the fact that my parents also came here when they were younger, I probably wouldn't have even tried this place. Guys, this 胡椒餅 (pepper biscuit?) is not good. The beef is a dry, over-cooked small lump rolling around in a cavernous shell of thick dough. Oh yea, and it barely had any flavor.

And I was really craving 胡椒餅 that day too :(

Best 胡椒餅 in TPE. Been enjoying their shop since I was a kid and is always a must go to spot when I visit Taiwan...
