We have been on a lot of walking ghost tours in different cities and both of us thoroughly enjoyed this one. Our Gal Guide was really nice and very informative. The stories were both historical and fascinating.
Love that they have a choice to extend it if you want. We chose the shorter tour and felt ghostly fulfilled.

It was just us and a family of four the night we went, and others got some extra special pictures. Definitely some activity around.

Do know that you need to be able to walk over some uneven pavement in the dark, and that you do go into a dark cemetery. All things that make for a great ghost walk, but wouldn't be ideal if you have any mobility issues.

This review is for Sunday brunch. Two of us. We were looking for a place within walking distance of our hotel that didn't need reservations and we were easily able to get in here, where we sat at the bar.

Friendly service. Wonderful drinks. Husband loved his breakfast burrito.
Which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. If I had based it off what I ordered it would definitely be lower, but I'll blame myself for ordering wrong. Although the menu was super misleading to call what I got Chilaquiles. What showed up in front of me was a giant pile of unappealing Nachos. They were thick greasy chips with scrambled eggs, and other things that might be good if you're wasted at 3am, but on my first drink before noon, just not my thing.
Fortunately Husband was a fan, and graciously gave up half of his terrific burrito to me in return. Really recommend they look up what Chilaquiles should be and either change the way it's prepared or change the name on the menu to Breakfast Nachos. (which I would never have ordered).

We had an absolutely delightful bar experience here. It's not a large bar, but we were able to score the last two seats on a recent Saturday night. Had the nicest bartender who made us feel so well taken care of even though we were just there for drinks. Or so we thought. We couldn't resist the Grilled Halloumi appetizer! So delicious!

I loved the Italian red wine I had, and Husband was a big fan of their Old Fashioned. Not an inexpensive place, but you're paying for quality and service with a smile.

      Loved the place!

Picked this hotel for the location. As far as I could tell it was the closest one to the downtown mall, and we wanted to be within walking distance of the Paramount Theater, so for that purpose it fit the bill.

Most importantly the place was spotless, including our room.

But overall we weren't fans of the place. We had a grumpy first start there. Arrived at 3:30 on a Saturday, and there was no one at the front desk. Several people just sitting around in the lobby. Waited for a few minutes when a gal appeared from the back and rather rudely said "no rooms are ready". And "check in isn't until 4 anyway". (which would have been a 25 minute wait). No offer to hold bags. More people came in and were told the same thing "no rooms ready" but were being told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. It made no sense that NO rooms were ready, but they would all be ready at the same time? And then everyone waiting would have to wait in line to check-in? Not for us. We dragged our luggage back to the car and found a place around the corner to eat and have a drink.

Went back after we ate and waited our turn while the gal in front of us finished checking in. She was offered two waters or one water and a snack and off she went with her two waters. Unfriendly gal checked us in but we were not offered anything. Neither of us was feeling any kind of welcome vibe.

Another dislike: We were on the 2nd floor and the folks above us had a dog that must have been left alone. Fortunately the barking didn't happen into the night though. Could hear other noises from above as well. Never did hear the trains that others talked about. (and only saw one go by the whole weekend).

Biggest dislike: The pillows! There were 3 for two people on a king size bed. I survived my one pillow by finally figuring out how to fold it and put my head just right to keep from being totally flat.

Also think it was way overpriced. I would have felt a lot better at half the price. Or if we had needed a full kitchen. Or hadn't missed breakfast both days. Note they also charge for parking.

This historical Theater is gorgeous! I'm so glad we came from out of town to see Mandy Patinkin here on a recent Sunday night. It was a short easy walk from our Home2Suites hotel.

The lobby was nice. Bathrooms really nice. What a wonderful venue!
